Why choose ecards?
Wrong on so many levels!
Okay, so you are used to the world of traditional birthday cards posted through your letter box each year. At Christmas you are used to hanging your pictures on rather tacky strings on the walls of the house showing off how many people have sent you a Christmas card each year.
Now we are no Scrooge and love celebrating with a special birthday or Christmas wish, but have a few good reasons to why an ecard is the best bet over a traditional birthday or Christmas card.
- You don’t offend anyone when putting up your birthday cards on the fireplace. If your girlfriends card is behind your mums or vice versa, be prepared for the silent treatment all night! However, with an ecard it’s in your inbox and you cannot offend anyone.
- You are saving the world! Yes with an ecard you are not using paper products and the trees are kept in tact for another year. Give yourself a pat on the back!
- You save some dollar! With websites like ecards.co.uk you can send a personalised ecard to your friends and loved ones for absolutely free! Unlike sites such as Moonpig and Hallmark who charge for their ecards, you can save the pennies for an extra present for your loved one or a chocolate bar for yourself!
- You don’t have to find room for the cards after your birthday is over because throwing them away is almost a sin. With an ecard you can store them in your inbox and look back on them on those rainy days.
- You get rid of the tacky strings around the house at Christmas because lets face it, in this modern age less is more when it comes to home furnishings.
